Going from full-time student to part-time?

I finished my 2nd undergraduate year in Coventry University on a bussiness management course, but due to financial reasons I suspended my 3rd year and I want to go back to uni next year. The issue is that I found a really nice place to work full-time and I have a lots of opportunities to grow there. My question is can I change my course from full-time to part-time and just finish my last year part-time? I know some universities offer that option for a change.
