My Sainsburys account deleted/doesnt exist anymore???

I got a job at Sainsburys and I signed the contract online, through my account. I tried to login today and I'm unable to. I'm 100% sure my password and username are correct yet is not working..?? I clicked "forgot password" and "forgot username" but once I insert my email, it tells me there is no account with this email? Why? Is this a glitch or has my account been deleted??

Speak to your manager who can assist you.

That's the Sainsbury's email, however as above your manager can reset the details if you've forgot.
