How is Beaumont Court run by 'unite students' in camden London

I am considering to change my room to beaumont court NW1 0RW. I was wondering whether this place is noisy or not at night and early morning, particularly those rooms whose windows are faced with parcelforce which seems to work at 5 am at weekdays.
