Honestly, don't worry too much about it. I was moderated for fitness and athletics last year, and I was supposed to be on crutches at the time. :p: She asked me a ton of questions like: "How many shuttle runs did you just do? How many are you going to do this time, then?" and didn't seem all that impressed. In the end I got full marks though; I think they understand that people will be nervous and make mistakes so I wouldn't give too much thought to it not going so well in front of them.

It's mainly to check your teacher's marking as opposed to your own ability; if the moderator thought that you performed better than the mark your teacher gave you, then they'll look at others in your group and see if the marks are consistently lower than they should be. If that is the case, then they'll raise the marks, and vice versa. Just remember, they're looking for trends in the marking in the group, not at your specific performance to penalise you.

Thanks Lol I got moderated last year and it went terribly wrong because I was pulled from my lesson because someone didn't show up and my best sport badminton went down because they paired me with someone who is like pro level compared to me so I got 6/10 when before it was 8/10.

Fingers crossed aye.

Yep, because you'll probably be assessed on your chosen sport - I know I'm being assessed on rugby so I have to explain how the pep has improved my performance in rugby

ok, thanks, so arent our PEP's actually assessed, marked and given a grade- or is it purely how we explain them, if so then its been a waste of time putting in detail if noones going to check it! xxxx

I have to take my PEP for the fitness session
^^^^^ so is that the only time itll be "marked", is it given a grade for what weve actually written?

i had to do my AOP on rugby today - i was questioned on three things:
1)rules of the game
2) health components in the game and how it affects the build of the players i.e. forwards are more endomorphic than the backs, which are more mesomorphic...
3) What types of training can improve a players performance.

hope this helps
