Failing University Help :-(
I failed my first year of uni due to getting too into the wrong things with the wrong people. I didn't really care about uni whilst i was there but as soon as i got home after the year had ended and I started to calm down and party less, I realised how bad i had messed up. I failed most of my modules and had gone to very few lectures so had no chance at resits.
This year I'm working 2 jobs to build up some cash and trying to get as much work experience as I can, i know going back to uni is what i want to do. Hoping to apply to uni next year and was wondering if i can leave out the fact I've already failed one course or do i have to state in on my personal statement?
TL ; DR ; Failed a year of uni, do i have to state this when applying to a new university?
