how on earth are we supposed to know. take a picture of it, that may help. if the chicken has been processed then chances are its full of rubbish. donor kebabs are just plain unhealthy.
I work in a kebab shop and can say that chicken/shish/kofte kebabs are all quite healthy and nutritious, not to mention tasty. Its the mountain of mayo that people put on kebabs that makes them unhealthy. Obviously the chicken and shish is marinaded in oil, but most of that is grilled off.
Stay away from donner though, we buy the high quality stuff (£30 for 10kg), but you can get donner as cheap as £15 for 10kg
depends how fatty the meat was, how processed the chicken, bla bla bla and of course how big the portion was. main for 1/3 protein, 1/3 carbs, 1/3 fresh veg. Sounds like you had 4/5 meat, 1/5 salad (which is mostly water anyway!)

What's the difference between the two? Obviously one is better than the other, but is the one more fatty than the other? Does the cheaper one have more 'offcuts'?
I mean on paper a donner kebab doesn't look too unhealthy, it's just meat in some bread, with salad.
What I am reffering to is the SHISH. Basically, its raw skewer of chicken breast and one skewer of lamb beat, GRILLED. I thought maybe they add some other products to make it fatenning.
From what I observed, they didnt add any oil, just grilled it straight away. Although not sure if they marinade in oil?
