Wrong exam board help!!!!!!!

So I’m applying for medicine
And my application is being sent tomorrow but I wrote AQA for a level art and there’s a possibility that it could change to EDEXCEL AND I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP????

If it changes do I call them what happens???

Is it being sent by your teachers? If so, let them know ASAP (email tonight and go to their classroom/office early tomorrow). If your reference hasn't been added, it's still possible to fix this!
