First freshers assignment !
Hi everyone
I have just started a foundation degree in law and I am in my 3rd week
I am about to start my first assignment which is the impact of the slave trade
Problem is, I have had anxiety the past 2 days which I don’t normally experience and I am panicking as I feel like I have forgotten how to write an assignment
If anybody can help me out with the structure please ?

Speak to your lecturer. Most have office hours, so you can book an appointment to discuss it and get help. They're there to help you, and they'll know best what to do and how to start.
Your first essay is not supposed to be perfect. Far from it.
You should make lots of mistakes, as everyone else will, but this is good. Then be slapped in the face by a lecturer who insists you never do X, Y and Z ever again. And the next essay, a similar thing happens. Until you graduate and now you make fewer mistakes than you started but still quite far from perfect.
