cognitive approach AQA..HELP

The question is: Outline and evaluate the cognitive approach in psychology (12marks)

what are the points do you think i should include?
How many points should i include?
Specifically what is the structure/layout that i should use?
this might be too late but i recently did this question and this is how i answered it

Para 1- explain what the cognitive approach is. add quite a bit of detail
Para 2- a strength/ limitation and why it is either a strength or limitation
Para 3- a strength/ limitation and why it is either a strength or limitation
Para 4- a strength/ limitation and why it is either a strength or limitation
Para 5- conclusion give your view point based on the rest of your essay maybe add another point that further solidifies your viewpoint
You need to make 6 points/marks for the description of what the cognitive approach is (e.g schema, inferences, theoretical and computer models) and then 2-4 evaluation paragraphs depending on how detailed they are. You don't need a conclusion (you can get full marks without it) but I'm not sure if you can still get marks for doing one.
