In the few Months I’ve been in this site, I’ve seen a ton of hate ranging from not being a good uni because it’s unknown to it being a racist uni and even how it’s overrated or it doesn’t have the a good nightlife compared to other unis.
Because it's a lie. It's got no claim to "Warwick" as it's in a completely different city. What other BS are they going to teach you if they don't even have their name and location correct?

Well you wouldn't want it to sound too to Coventry University now, would you?
I believe it was originally situated closer to the City of Warwick but its been moved out to a new site in order to expand. Doesn't Coventry have its own Ex-Poly, anyway?
What reputable insitution gets their city they're located in wrong? Good thing they don't offer geography.
They were originally situated in Warwick but had to move out so they could expand. Plus there’s already a university in Coventry and Warwick is soooo much as a campus uni rather than in the city.
- Coventry isn't as scenic as Durham, Oxford, Cambridge etc and has less nightlife/ entertainment and is a bit mundane compared to other cities with Russel group unis like Manchester/ Birmingham/ Nottingham so some students don't like going there because of that.
- It has bitter Oxbridge rejects in who never wanted to go there but ended up there from being rejected so they resent it
- Is seen as being the snobbier, posher university in the city especially by Cov uni students (not helped by Warwick students preffering Leamingon/Warwick to live in shunning Coventry altogether)
- The racist face group chat last year/ student protest sit in/ Vice chancellor being hated all seem to get bad press
