Student Visa Question
Hi,
I've just received a conditional offer to the University of Edinburgh to get an MSc in Language Evolution and Cognition.
The problem is, my undergraduate degree does not finish until the beginning of August. I need to have an unconditional offer in order to apply for a Student Visa, which gives me a pretty small window as matriculation is Sept. 16th.
Can anyone tell me how quickly student visas are processed, or alternatively, can I come to the UK and apply for my student visa from there so I am not left half way around the world without a visa or a passport the day before my classes start?
I had emailed the appopriate people to answer the question, but I'm sure their reply wont be quick and I was hoping someone on here would know.
