Applied to MEng EEE on the 15th. Still haven't heard back from them regarding interview, even though my grades are strong and I have a pretty good PS. I might just be needlessly stressing about it. How many here have heard back from EEE?

Imperial takes ages. I wouldn't worry if I were you, it's really not been that long. Besides for physics it took me 18 days between the application and invitation to an interview.

Alright. That's nice to hear

Hard to explain as I am an international applicant from Denmark. We get an insane amount grades in high school compared to you guys (15+), but here's the main ones translated into English grades:
Physics A* (top 10%)
Maths A* (top 10%)
Electronics A* (top 10%)
Chemistry A* (top 10%)
I have also already finished a bunch of smaller subjects - I got A* in all of them, except one where I got A.
Additionally, I competed in the European Science Olympiad not so long ago. My team and I got 13th place, which is the best result ever achieved by a Danish team.

You sound like a fantastic candidate, did the European Science Olympiad make up the bulk of your PS?

Thanks! I'm glad you think so!

As for my PS, EUSO made up about 30% of it. Since I was applying to EEE, I thought it would be best to focus on my interest in electronics.

Just found out the mechanical engineering department doesn't interview students outside of Europe ...

Awesome, I hope to be joining you albeit as an EIE student. Best of luck!

Haha I ****ed that. Q1 I got right for sure, but Q2 I said none are correct which is defo wrong. I guessed the rest except for that one about student scores. Would be lucky to get 4/8 to be honest.

Are invitations for interview also sent at that time or is it just offers?
