Apprenticeship in school business administration..... please help

Hi, I am currently doing an apprenticeship in Business administration in a school level 3.
I thought it was going to be a it easier than it is, I just don't seem to be able to get going on it and i'd be really grateful of any help anyone would be willing to offer.
So here is what I'm stuck on.......
Analyse the scope, use and requirements of a school administrative system.
Explain how their own role contributes to the achievement of a schools goals.
