Hi everyone! I am currently working on my psychology research dissertation, which aims to assess the relationship between types of stressors and student mental health. More specifically, the study will investigate both academic and nonacademic stressors, and aims to determine the overall predictor(s) of student mental distress.
You must be 18 or over to take part in the study. You must also be studying at a university in Scotland, at undergraduate level, in either your 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th year.
The questionnaire should take no longer than 10 minutes, and you are free to withdraw at any point, simply by closing the internet browser.

It is very important that only students in Scotland fill it out.

The link to it is: https://dundee.onlinesurveys.ac.uk/s...-mental-health

Once you've done it let me know and I will happily participate in yours too. Thank you!

Hi everyone,

I am conducting a qualitative study exploring online mindfulness practice and academic stress amongst undergraduate students. This study is being conducted as part of my Psychology degree.

I am looking to recruit a few more participants, if you would be interested in taking part please start by filling out this survey: https://lnkd.in/ehWPTUG

After completing the online survey, you will receive an email with information on starting the 21-day sessions of mindfulness and then be invited to a short online follow-up interview.

To participate in this study you must be an undergraduate student or have been an undergraduate student who has experienced academic-related stress and must have access to a smartphone device.

Thank you so much for reading and I hope you can take part in my study.
