What is the difference between biomed and medical sciences?
Also are these courses really hard? Will you be working harder much than your friends and have a no social life?

The courses can be very similar and different unis can call the same thing different things. Check the structures and content online. You need to work hard yes but that isn't measured in how many hours you work so yes you can still have a social life!
