Universities that accept functional skills?

I have done my maths GCSE four times now and got a D grade every time! Maths just isn't for me. I am going to try and do functional skills at level 3 instead. I was wondering if anyone knows for definite what universities accept functional skills as an equivalent to GCSE's

I expect you mean functional skills at level 2. Whether a university accepts it as equivalent to a pass at GCSE depends on the university and course. To the best of my knowledge there is no definitive list, the only thing you can do is decide where and what you want to apply for and check their requirements. It may not be clear from their web site and you may need to email admissions staff to check.
