UCAS track says my application has been changed but I didnt do anything

I got an email from UCAS track saying that I've either added a new choice or substituted an old one, but I haven't done this.

Its marked the choice I've supposedly changed but the only difference I can see is the entry point is changed to 0 (the others are all 1), which I think is because its a foundation year course but the other foundation courses haven't done this. Start year and other stuff are still the same.

Has anyone else gotten something like this?

It sounds like your university has changed it for you if you forgot to put year 0 when you first applied.
