maintenance loan tuition fees blocked parent allowance grant showing £0

why on sfe letter of entitlement my grant for my daughter is showing £ 0? tuition fees and maintenance loan approve but blocked, could the grant be processed at a later date or should it show up on their letter together with tuitions fees and maintenance?
