Personal Statement Word limit

I have just finished writing my final version for personal statement. The UCAS word limit is 4000 characters however i have exceeded by 100 what will happen if i send it off?

It won’t allow you to save it all– UCAS tells you how many characters you need to cut it down by

Click on save and check how much of your PS has been cut off. AFAIK, Last 100 characters won't be there.

Keep doing the preview as you do the final edits as it’s not just word count, but line count and you may want to tweak where the paragraphs wrap so it looks better!
