Anyone else feel like they physically can't revise? I know revision methods and all that, but it's really hard for me to sit down and revise stuff. Now that I'm doing A levels, it's starting to affect my grades. Having a terrible memory doesn't help. Idk if it's ADHD or just a lack of concentration but I'm probably gonna fail if I don't get this sorted. Anyone got any advice?

If you feel you have adhd, then go and see your GP to help get some treatment.

You have more time if its year 12 than 13.
If its 13, then you need to move fast as it will go very quick and you have to get yourself sorted out.
Develop a routine of so much study a day, min distraction and just be consistent and well organised. remind yourself why you are studying and the importance of grades. You are in danger of talking yourself into failure as an excuse.
