Girlfriend? Not sure

hi there

This girl recently requested to follow me. She liked my pictures. I asked if she knew who I was. She said she didn't but that I was cute. She lives near me and we're now talking, I really like her. But not sure how it will develop as my parents do not like the idea (from past experiences thats there view) but also I am worried it might take up lots of time as I am in Y11

Any ideas?

14, year younger than me, she's in y10, i'm in 11

She's hinted at it through like saying "if we meet i'll take a picture of you" or "maybe we could go gym together" but never said specifically when
