Order of Magnitude

Is 7.3 * 10^(-10) of magnitude 10^(-10) or 10^(-11)?

Question would be either 10^(-10) or 10^(-9), not 10^(-11).

Edit: scrub that the mantissa is greater than root(10) or 5, so the order of magnitude is -9 .
