I have been on my master's course 1 month and I hate it with a passion. I've been 2 years out of education travelling and working and didn't even realise how ridiculously mundane and tedious university can be. I'm studying a Psychology masters and everyone seems to be going into research, clinical or educational psychology - I don't want any of that, I'm even sick of the word Psychology.

I want to go into marketing and be able to do something more creative with my brain and if not I want to get a job so I can save up to do some language courses and learn graphics design.

Sorry to rant. But my question is, how do I leave and get a funds reimbursement?

1. You can still go into a number of areas that aren't related to psychology after your degree, doesn't matter that other people are staying within the field
2. Contact your university as soon as possible to withdraw. It's unlikely you'l get any funds reiumbursed but you may be able to freeze your finiacial account from the time you withdraw so as not to have to pay for the remainding time (assuming you paid in installments)
