Accent is irrelevant to RACE. If a white guy with family from England is raised in France and doesn't get private tutoring, then he'll have a French accent when speaking English. If English people mock his English accent, how are they racist?

The OP didnt even mention race of the people speaking. Jesus.

No. People mock the way I speak... despite those people being of the exact same ethnicity of me.
