i was in McDonalds with my family and my dad had put the tray down on the side , i was clearly thirsty and grabbed my drink and went over to the table , my dad didnt realize i had taken it and asked them to make another one so we ended up with a free one

Whenever i see money on the floor i pick it up.
Obviously if it was a lot, or in a purse/wallet then i would hand it in, but i pick up any amount.

I never buy a train ticket if i can help it [no barriers at my station], if i get caught by an inspector i'll just buy a ticket from him and tell him i got on at the last stop to save money.

on the new london routemasters as well i never pay

rarely buy a drink on a night out [i dont drink alchohol and £4 for a coke seems absurd]

see if i can find a tv series/film online for free before considering buying it

if i need to get somewhere and it's about 3 miles or less i'll usually walk it rather than get the bus

pick money up off the floor as well if its a decent amount. a couple of months ago a tenner fell out a womans pocket and i just picked it up and gave it a new home in my pocket. people saw me do it but i guess they were too scared to say anything..

yeah, if you know where to find one getting a 16+ oyster can be really useful for busses/trains. But yeah, my local station has no barriers so I always try to plan my journeys around not tapping in/out. I actually had a broken oyster at one point and used it at barriers so say I tapped in but then broke my oyster

Getting a child tickets for everything - trains, buses, into museums/exhibitions.
Looking panicked and sad and confused about buying the wrong train ticket.
Watching stuff illegally, of course.
