Does Spearmans rank work for negative correlation??
let's say table 1 is increasing from 0 to 50 and my table 2 is decreasing in values generally
how can I statistically show this?? spearmans rank right? But when I do it I get negative values??

What statistical test can I use to prove my data is a negative correlation?
What's the one where if it's closer to -1 then it a negative correlation, it's spearmans rank right?
So if when I look at the table for spearmans rank there's no negative values so I can't say "oh with a 0.05 level of significance..."

can someone explain please?

If I'm understanding you correctly, yes, the behaviour is symmetric about zero. So for negative values, use the positive tables (or use one of the approximate distributions listed here).
