Just wondering what everyone's PR's are. Had surgery in 2017, so had to take time off, a lot more than initially planned. Back at it now, so thought I'd see what everyone else can do.
18 Years Old 6'7 135KG Deadlift: 190kg Squat: 150KG Bench: 140kg OHP: 100KG
Indeed I do! I used to weigh 140kg with a very very high body fat percentage (back in 2016 - 16 years old). I then got lean, but didn't like my size as I'm a big guy. So I bulked up again. I'm now 135kg with a completely different physique. Much more muscle, fat far lower than 2016. I'm cutting now, however I'm doing it right this time. Going to retain as much muscle as possible and cut fat, rather than just drop my general weight without regard for what the numbers constitute of.
