That is the most arsey question I've ever read and have no idea how it could be 15 marks. What course is this?
Nonetheless, I'd take 'key features' to be what makes a cosmological argument a cosmological one, as opposed to an ontological one, or any other kind of argument. So, off the top of my head here:
-a posteriori usually
-for God's existence
-focuses on causation
-Conclusion of these arguments is some kind of first cause
What I'd do to 'examine' those points for 15 marks worth of content, I'm not quite sure.

'Examine' means critically assess. In other words, what is wrong with the premises that make up the cosmological argument?
