Is it true that the last Messiah has arisen?

Rumours indicate that the last Messiah has arisen in Iran. I have not been able to verify this by reliable sources and the only available source at the moment is a Youtube clip in which a young Iranian doctor who is a grandmaster of martial arts and the writer of the first encyclopedia of art in the world. I wonder if this is a hoax, a mental case or true but there has been no media coverage of this so far.

I hope this is a hoax, when the other prophets declared their ministry they were not taken seriously at first and they were either driven out into the wilderness, kicked out of the synagogue or put to flight into a cave.
