I'm a third year student studying Politics and International Relations and French.

In my International Security class, we're currently in the process of writing a literature review. For this I've chosen to look at leadership decapitation - a counter-terrorism strategy.

However, my professor has said to "Pretend you are planning a larger research project on your chosen essay topic (like a dissertation)."

My question is - what should my dissertation question be? I want it to somehow include leadership decapitation.
