Does anyone use speech to text software and if so does it help? What package do you use?

I used dragon during uni and it's brilliant once you get spent a few hours training it. Is there a particular reason you re wanting to use the software?

I was given Dragon from the DSA. Really really useful, easy to use, super accurate. Can't recommend highly enough!!

Thank you both, what versions are you using?

The reason I'm wanting it is because I'm studying at the minute and struggling to write or type notes as I have a joint condition. I thought it may help if I could speak my notes instead as well as speak my assignments rather than typing them.

I did a couple of my A-Level mock, however, I found as could not use my own profile so it was no were as good as normal. And spend quite a lot of editing work. Not much use in an exam.

This is exciting to read. I am autistic and struggle with auditory processing. I am looking forward to having access to decent speech to text software :-)
