Dentistry entry requirements

For most universities they require at least a grade 6 in english language and maths but I got a grade 5 in english language (7 in maths) will they not accept me as I got a 5 in english language ( although I got a 7 in history and Spanish?)

If a university says they require a minimum of a 6 in English language, then they mean it. They seriously won't care that you got a 7 in history or Spanish.

Dentistry is so competitive and they have so many more applicants than there are places that they can afford to be picky.

If dentistry is what you definitely want to do, then you need to think about resitting your English language.
