Interview not on ucas track

I’ve received two interviews; one from Worcester, one from Birmingham city. The Worcester one appears on my ucas track but my Birmingham city one doesn’t, even though I’ve confirmed it all on my bcu portal and got email conformation. Why hasn’t it appeared yet? It’s been almost a week

They might just not use track to notify people. Some universities like to use UCAS for everything, others just email you directly. It's probably nothing to worry about if you have confirmation from them by email.

Most universities won’t put interviews on UCAS Track (UCAS interview systems are rubbish - they can’t handle interviews being rescheduled so universities use their own systems).
