Great art courses that focus on theory?

Hi- I've looked at a lot of courses by now and I'm doing a foundation year starting next September so I've got a little while left to research more, but I was just wondering if anyone knows of any really good quality courses that have a large focus on practical work, of course, but also teach a lot about colour theory, perspective drawing, lighting, anatomy etc etc and maybe even a good amount of art history? I love to learn and I just want to make sure I'm not missing any potential courses that could teach me a lot! :smile:

It doesn't have to be in the UK, I'm willing to try anywhere if it's good! I know America's got some great courses, too, but if there's a few in the UK then even better! It also doesn't have to be 'art and design' or 'fine art', I'm looking at illustration courses and game/concept art too!

Just in case you're wondering, currently I'm looking at two courses in Leeds, Oxford, Southampton and Hertforshire but USC in california also looks amazing!
