We have just done last years examination as a December mock, I am not going to tell you the questions because that won't give you a true representation of your current ability; but I will tell you the topics that are on it:

1. Static Energy
2. Electricity - In particularly resistance and potential difference
3. Radiation - Ionising, uses
4. Volume
5. Pressure - using Pv=constant
6. Specific Heat Capacity
7. Power
8. Work Done
9. The last question involves the use of multiple equations

Could you possible state the topics that were on the chemistry and biology paper 1 2018 too, please?

I am not going to tell you the questions because that won't give you a true representation of your current ability; but I will tell you the topics that are on it:

Biology Paper 1 (15th May 2018):

1. Food poisoning
2. Metabolic Rate - with calculation (equation given)
2.7. 6 Mark - Heart rate
3. Circulatory system - composition and arteries
4. Transport in cells - e.g diffusion, osmosis and active transport
5. Plant cells - e.g Phloem and Xylem and their composition
5.2 . Plant deficiencies
6. Lungs
6.3 - Cystic Fibrosis effects
6.7 - Stem cells
7. Food tests - you will need to know them all (I have attached a chart with it all summarised)

Chemistry Paper 1 (17th May 2018):

1. Reacting metal oxides with acids
2. Ionic compounds - basic unit 1 knowledge
2.5. - Percentage atom economy
3. Electrolysis - batteries
3.6 - Fuel cells
4. History of the atom
5. Displacement reactions - also exothermic and endothermic
6. electrolysis - referring to allotropes of carbon
7. Group 7 elements - all about bonding (calculation), shells etc.
8. Transition metals - reaction with water
8.7. Limiting reactant - proven by calculation
9. Titration - explanation and calculation

HOPE THIS HELPS. LET ME KNOW HOW YOU DO.

Honestly they were both easy and difficult at the same time. The worst part is I forgot some vital stuff and it was the worse. And realizing the stupid mistakes you made AFTER the exams🤦🏾*♀️-.- I feel like I could have done so much better in them and I'm quite disappointed in myself. But oh well.
