A level predictions

I’m currently going thought uni applications but my predictions don’t seem to be too good, I study biology chemistry and maths and my maths and biology teachers hate me and I’m not really doing too well in them, so I will most likely be predicted a D and for chem I’m not too amazing at but I’ll most likely be predicted a B, one grade above what I got in my mock, with a B D D do you think any good unis will accept me?
I am not being unrealistic and going to apply to Russel groups with grades like this but does anyone know good unis that offer biomedical science that may accept grades like the ones above ?
Thank you

With those grades I think it is difficult for straight up offers. Clearing may be a better option.

It may be you will be considered for a degree with a foundation year. Complete the foundation and then you can get onto the main degree. They will have lower requirements. It may also help you get into a better uni.
Make sure you pass your practical endorsements.

Some of the lower unis may give you offers of 104-112 points- BCC-BBC

You can see which offer Biomed and Biomed with foundation here

You can also id entrance for requirements of Biomed if you get to see a copu of Heap Degree course offers at careers, head fo sixth might have it, library or in a bookshop. It just ranks all unis offering a course based on A level grades/ ucas points so you can see who takes BDD of anyone and what your target unis are.

In the event you get no offers or dont apply then dont worry. Predicted grades are just guesses and immediately overridden when you get your real grades. At that time there will be many courses in clearing so if you exceed BDD, then you still have every hope of getting into a good uni. This year there were plenty of RG unis offering Biomed in clearing.

Just to reassure you. Poor predicted grades really hampers your uni applications, but there is plenty of scope to get something new either in clearing or just taking a gap and reapplying the following year.

Use it as motivation to get good REAL grades in the exams next year as they are way more important and you can show your teachers they were wrong.
