Other ways to greet than"Hi"

I think my e-mails to my work colleagues are getting quite repetitive because I simply begin them all with Hi (name)

Any other friendly ways to be begin them?

How about...

"Hello, my friend (name)!"
"Howdy, (name)"
"Dear (name)"
"Good morning/evening (name)!"

...just to initiate your words differently? it is easier than you think, if you think a bit longer.
