Just tell her it's a sensitive subject that you don't feel comfortable talking about. But it does sound like a complicated big secret.

I feel like my life is built out of secrets. None of the things people know about me is true. Other than information such as my my DOB and Skin colour, which are the information that cannot be manipulated easily

I don’t want to sound suspicious, I want them not to touch it, if they do my defence won’t survive and it gonna be apparent that there is something not right
