For some reason my school has made D.T compulsory to take for GCSE, I’m fine with the ict part but I can’t make anything for the life of me. I’ve struggled so much with D.T over the years and I hate using the equipment. If you have taken or taking D.T please give me some tips!

It's just practise there's no way around it, please make sure you are supervised when using machinery though.
If you practise model making etc then you will increase your dexterity, at GCSE a lot of things are made using CAM so like the laser cutter and router so you should be alright if you are good at the CAD (ict) side.
Practise at home sticking stuff together using card and whatnot
