How to seduce at a work environment

There is a girl where I work who is hot. I think she might like me however in the work environment its hard to go further than small talk. I havnt got the social skills to turn it up a level in the kitchen environment.

Has anyone got with a waitress at work when they were working in the kitchen?

Or organise a group night out with workmates and invite her along then get chatting to her.

Make a lot of flirty eye contact with her. Do something ridiculously sexual like licking a spoon seductively and then laugh. Insult her in a playful way (this is tricky to do, but if you can get it right it works like a charm). After a few weeks of this, tell her you're going to a club / bar that weekend and ask her if she wants to come along. Get her number so you can reach her. Etc.

Tried small talk in work environment. Next thing I knew was boss giving me the big envelope. You'll get sacked if you try distracting fellow employees doing their work.
