Im rusty on these questions but i think its 1 mol of water so 6.02x10^23 molecules.

Can anyone confirm this please?

Mol of compound = (7.0g - 2.80g)/Mr
Mol of water = 2.80/18

Its not possible to answer the question with the info provided. You need to know the RMM of Y.
