For both Land Law and Equity and Trusts we have been given the option to answer a problem question or an essay question as our coursework. In general, which one do you think it would be easier to get a higher mark in? In exams I'm stronger at the essay questions but my past essay coursework pieces have been my weakest grades so I'm really not sure which to do.

Problem questions tend to be easier than essay questions like @JohanGRK said as you don't need to do all the extra reading that comes with an essay. We had a problem question for Equity and Trusts last year and I had a mixture of sources in my assignment. The revision guide should also give you some guidance on your question!

If you need any help with the course then feel free to DM me!
