There is only one university that lists it as “non-preferred” (LSE http://www.lse.ac.uk/study-at-lse/Undergraduate/Prospective-Students/How-to-Apply/Admissions-Information ). And even then it’s fine with 2 “preferred” subjects.

UCL, Sheffield etc. Every other university that states any preference for A levels lists business as a preferred subject. Ignore the STEM snobs on tsr. They like the sound of their own voices
