Celtic.

I have no idea why!

I suspect it is just where you live. Where I grew up, there were few Irish people and Rangers was almost universally supported. Of course, a lot of the Rangers heartlands are vastly populated by Irish, albeit Northern Irish Protestants.

If you name a district of Glasgow, it's pretty easy to assume allegiances - although I was surprised to see a large Orange Lodge and Rangers pub in Parkhead, bedecked in flags, when I was last down there. I don't think the other lot would get away with that in Ibrox or Govan.

But yes, I'm a rather inevitable bluenose. My old grandfather, bless him, would've countenanced nothing less when I was growing up.

Used to be Celtic, now not bothered really. Like to see both of them progress in Europe, purely because I want to play them.

I have a question. It seems that Rangers have played 3 games less than Celtics. Yet when I consulted the fixtures list, Rangers have 4 games to play and Celtic have 3. Why is this?

Celtic, for footballing reasons and their continued support of the Justice campaign.

I think it's probably because the other games will be scheduled according to the compromise reached with the SPL folk. Basically, if Rangers qualify for the UEFA cup final, the last few games will be rescheduled since they have a rather packed fixtures list.

I would support Rangers if I followed Scottish football.

I would imagine that its because Rangers' other two fixtures havent been arranged yet. Rangers have a bit of a fixture pile up and they will probably be sorted out when Rangers get knocked out of the UEFA cup on Thursday.

My dad was catholic so I guess I have a soft spot for Celtic but its hard for me to care about such a piss poor league. I mean the league has split into half FFS, the 7th placed team has more points than the 6th placed team. I just can't take that seriously! :p:

the fans of both teams seem like ***** too, fighting about religion and football, take a look in the mirror why don't you?

I was wondering when someone was going to pass comment on the knowledge or otherwise of a certain Big Jock.

I'd respond with a Rangers song, but unfortunately all of ours are blatantly sectarian.
I'm from Northern Ireland, so it's just easy to hate them both.
