Can I get student finance and maintenance fund for online course in UEL?

Hi
I would like to study a course in UEL which is 3 years BA based on online https://www.uel.ac.uk/undergraduate/courses/ba-hons-early-childhood-and-special-education-online. I am an UK citizen. Would I be eligible for student finance and maintenance fund for online course?

I am here over 13 years and have Permanent Resident in the UK. I am from EU.
