Applying to Cambridge.2 questions about GCSE/AS?

I got 1A* 7A 1B in GCSE( I went to "way" below average state school) and have moved to a grammar school.I was the top achiever in my school but I still think I'm at a huge disadvantage compared to other candidates.
Will Cambridge consider where I took my gcses and how I performed compared to others?
If my school doesn't do AS during year 12 but we sit last years papers as mocks do I still get a valid UMS score that can be used when applying for Cambridge or will I have to pay to sit the 2019 papers?
(I want to apply for economics)
