LONDON Room (en-suite) Available for King's College Student
I am a current first year student at King's College London. I have a contract for a room (with en-suite) from 13th of January to the 22nd of June for 215£ a week. However, I am planning to move out of halls and need someone to take over my contract.
It is King's Residence "Champion Hill" which is located in Denmark Hill (next to the Denmark Hill campus), Southwark. Hence, if you are interested in taking over my contract you need to be a King's College Undergraduate student.
You would be sharing flat with eight other people, of whom all are very lovely. The campus has a lot of common areas for socialising and activities such as yoga takes place weekly. In the contract you will also have access to the gym on campus, music rooms and laundry facilities. The Champion Hill residence was newly renovated so the room and kitchen are all modern and feels very fresh. The area is calm, and you can get into central London or to Strand/Guys/Waterloo campuses within 30 minutes by bus. There is an overground station and southern railway connections within 5 minutes walking from the accommodation.
