If a person signs the front of an order form with terms on the back, are the terms on the reverse binding? The front does not have something like "See the back side". I can't seem to find any cases on this...

What type of person and in which type of contract? This is all important.

As a matter of common sense, if the terms were not stated and the person had no idea the terms were stated, then the terms are not going to be assented to. But not having "look over on the back page" might not be enough for that.

If you want to find a case, check out Chitty.
