Reduce your calorie consumption and increase your activity levels. All diets/exercise regimes to lose weight come down to this. It's not rocket science.

"It's not rocket science", I'm an endomorph which means it will be easier for me to gain weight than lose.

Dietary wise you can try intermittent fasting. It helps to restrict caloric intake. The most common form is the 16/8 = 16 hours of fasting and an 8 hour eating session. The times should be consistent.

Are you US based or U.K.? I know your profile shows an American flag but I’m still curious.

What do you study?

Nope but spent some time there. I was going to joke and say send me a care package.

Well atleast you enjoy some things. I enjoyed nothing lol. It’s mainly because I tend to get bored quickly.

I’ve lost 3.5 stone so far just by dieting and exercise. If there’s any tips I can give you is to keep moving and keep exercising. I’ve realised during my journey that when I plateau (you will most definitely plateau) I either need to try a new sport or perform that sport for a longer period of time.

Hope all works out for you and good luck

If possible you should definitely move there even if it’s temporary or just for work. It’ll be a nice experience.

It’s TSR, you should know with my 40 A* GCSE’s, 50 A* A-Levels, two first division undergrads degrees and my masters with distinction that I’m a millionaire.

I’m the CEO of about 20 companies so obviously I’m better than everyone else innit.

I treat mine like Ttingtox' mum treats him and his siblings - I really don't want to spend time on them, but I know if I don't then they'll continue to be an embarrassment.
