In terms of contract law, would I use the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, or even the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 when answering a problem question relating to the contract made between a tenant and a landlord? Specifically, what one would I use if the tenant is a one or two person business using the premises to set up an office space or practice? Thanks.
